Meet Beth
Hi, I’m Beth Lorell, a licensed therapist, thought specialist, and creator of the Break Free program.
I help women move beyond cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and self-criticism by teaching practical, evidence-based strategies that build lasting self-trust and peace of mind.
With a background in CBT, mindfulness, and real-world experience, I bring together compassionate support and honest guidance so you can show up as your true self, without overthinking everything.

How the Program Works
Break Free is a guided 3-month experience that blends learning, reflection, and real-time support with direct access to me every step of the way.
This isn’t a course to power through and forget. It’s a high-touch, personal process designed to change how you think, decide, and lead from the inside out.

You can join Break Free as an individual, or your organization can offer it as part of a wellness or leadership initiative. Either way, the experience is the same: practical tools, expert support, and sustainable change.
