In recent years, I've seen overthinking become a bigger and bigger challenge, especially for women who face unique pressures. Women often juggle multiple responsibilities and the desire to excel in all of them can lead to excessive doubt and second-guessing. We’re often expected to meet unrealistic standards of beauty and femininity, which can lead to overthinking about appearance, body image, and self-worth. Unfortunately, discussions on how to navigate and overcome these pressures are scarce. 

 

I'm here to support those discussions. 

 

My learning and support community helps women silence overthinking, build confidence, and navigate life's pressures with clarity and calm. Join me and a community of like-minded women to learn how to regain control of your thoughts. My approach works because it's evidence-based and infused with understanding and encouragement. On top of that, societal expectations around beauty and femininity create added stress, leading many women to overthink about appearance, body image, and self-worth. Sadly, support and guidance on how to navigate these pressures are scarce. 

 

That's why I founded Break Free. 

 

Break Free is a coaching and community platform designed to help women transform their thinking, gain confidence, recognize their self-worth, and discover lasting inner peace. Through personalized coaching and group discussions, my evidence-based approach guides women to identify triggers, develop actionable strategies, and regain control of their thoughts in a safe, encouraging environment.

I have over 25 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker. My approach is conversational, encouraging, and compassionate in a warm, non-judgmental environment. I help people work through their challenges to create positive change and achieve their goals.
