Meet Beth
Hi, I’m Beth Lorell, a licensed therapist, thought-work specialist, and creator of the Break Free program.
I help women move beyond cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and self-criticism by teaching practical, evidence-based strategies that build lasting self-trust and peace of mind.
With a background in CBT, mindfulness, and real-world experience, I bring together compassionate support and honest guidance so you can show up as your true self, without overthinking everything.
